Taking on the role of Managing Director in 2020, he led the successful seed funding round in June 2021 and has overall responsibility for strategy, including design evolution, business development and finance.

After graduating from Strathclyde in 1990 with a degree in Marketing and languages Richard has spent over 30 years in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, primarily at board level in sales, commercial and business development. His activities have been international in the main having worked extensively in China, India, the USA and Europe as well as the U.K. covering Joint Venture, acquisition as well as managing international teams of agents and distributors.
